Harper's status unknown for Double-A playoffs
WASHINGTON -- Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo said he doesn't know if Bryce Harper will play in the playoffs for Double-A Harrisburg.

Harper is still on the seven-day disabled list because of a right hamstring strain. Rizzo said Harper is not going to play until he is 100 percent.

If he doesn't play in the postseason, Harper is expected to play in the Arizona Fall League.

The first overall pick in the 2010 First-Year Player Draft, Harper had a great first season in professional baseball, hitting .297 with 17 homers and 58 RBIs for Harrisburg and Class A Hagerstown.
